1. All kinds of metal furniture and steel and wood furniture produced (distributed) by the enterprise mainly include steel (wood) cabinets, steel (wood) tables and chairs, tea tables and sofas. Mainly suitable for indoor offices, reference rooms, conference rooms, and other places. Not suitable for outdoor use. The main raw and auxiliary materials, process technology, quality performance, etc. of the product meet the standard requirements.
2. This product implements GB 18584-2001,GB 5296.6-2004 and GB/T 13668-2003 standards.
3. Types, models and specifications
The conventional series varieties, models and specifications of metal furniture and steel and wood furniture produced by this enterprise are shown in Table 1 (example). Non-standard specifications are subject to the express content of the contract.

metal furniture is mainly made of steel pipes or plates through welding or hardware fittings. The table top is made of wood board or flat glass material, and the seat surface and back of sofa chair and stool are made of wood material or soft bag material. The surface of metal furniture is painted with electrostatic powder or baking varnish, while wooden parts are painted or covered with decorative materials.

1. The metal pipes of furniture parts are made of high-frequency welded pipe materials, and the thickness of the pipe wall of the parts under stress is ≥ 1.0mm;
2. Cold-rolled steel plates are used for metal plates of furniture parts, and their thickness is 0.6mm ~ 1.2mm.
3. List the material name and brand grade of the surface coating of metal furniture.
4. List the name, brand and grade of wood paint. Hazardous substances meet the requirements of GB 18581-2001.
5. List the names of wood materials (including sawn timber), wood-based panels and the use parts. For example, the formaldehyde emission of wood-based panels meets the requirements of GB 18580-2001.
6. List the names of other materials including decorative facing materials (glass, cladding materials, textile fabrics) and instructions for their parts.
4. Furniture
(I) use
1. The furniture should be placed on a relatively flat ground, and the heavier items of cabinet furniture should be placed on the bottom (layer) of the furniture, so as not to prevent the center of gravity of the furniture from being unstable and dumping. The top of cabinet furniture should not be placed with heavy objects, so as not to affect the door opening due to the deformation of the top plate.
2. Educate children not to play close to the glass and acute angles of furniture to avoid accidentally hurting human body or damaging furniture.
3. Avoid light irradiating furniture for a long time to avoid local fading.
4. When furniture is used and moved, it should be moved lightly. The doors and drawers of furniture should be opened and closed appropriately. It is strictly prohibited to open and close fiercely, so as not to cause deformation and loosening of product structure and influence of use.
5. The opening method of the hanging cabinet door is to lift the slide rail. When opening, the door must be lifted up and pushed back.
(II) maintenance
1. During daily maintenance, clean soft cloth should be used to clean the surface dust. Do not use wet cloth or hard objects to wipe the surface and glass. Do not use acid, alkaline chemicals and other contact surfaces to avoid surface coating damage.
2. Regular maintenance: Generally, it is maintained once a quarter. After cleaning the dust on the surface of furniture with a clean soft cloth (or silk), the surface is evenly coated with a special glazed wax for furniture. A little clean soft cloth can be used to polish the surface of furniture, which can make the surface coating of furniture continue to shine.
3. Movable hardware accessories such as door hinges and drawer guides should be properly added with sewing oil on a regular basis.
5. Faults
furniture are shown in Table 2. It cannot be ruled out by itself that the enterprise should be reported to send professionals to dispose of it.

6. handling and storage
1. When moving furniture, you should remove the articles in the cabinet, move them lightly, and avoid dragging and pushing hard to avoid loosening and deformation of the component structure.
2. After moving, it should be placed smoothly, and the doors, drawers and other components should be properly adjusted to maintain normal use and open state.
3. When handling, there should be an outer package and handle it lightly.
4. If it is not used for a long time, it shall be covered with dust-proof materials and stored in an indoor dry environment.
7. Unpacking and Inspection
1. When opening the outer package, you cannot cut it with a knife to avoid scratching the table board and legs.
2. Check whether the specifications, sizes and materials of furniture meet the requirements.
8. Quality Assurance and After-sales Service
1. The enterprise sincerely guarantees the furniture used by users for a period of five years. In case of product quality (except for abnormal use), please contact the enterprise in time and provide free service. (Please keep the damaged items)
2. For products that exceed the "warranty" period or exceed the warranty scope, the enterprise warmly provides you with fee-based maintenance services that charge material costs.
3. The product quality assurance period shall be subject to the sales certificate from the date of purchase. Please keep the sales invoice or voucher properly.
